1、材料准备及技术质量要求
1. Material preparation and technical quality requirements
①、地下室所有一切的防水材料，必须是有经过人防质监部门认可发有准用证的防水材料。
(1) All waterproof materials in the basement must be waterproof materials approved and licensed by the quality supervision department of civil air defense.
②、地下防水、卫生间防水工程所用的防水材料必须有经过国家质量检验过的产品合格证书和性能检查报告，材料的品种、规格、性能等应符合现行国家产品标准和设计要求。不合格的材料坚决不得在工程中使用。
(2) The waterproofing materials used in underground waterproofing and toilet waterproofing projects must have the product qualification certificate and performance inspection report that have passed the national quality inspection. The varieties, specifications and properties of the materials should conform to the current national product standards and design requirements. Unqualified materials must not be used in engineering.
③、屋面工程所采用的防水、保温隔热材料应有产品合格证书和性能检测报告，材料的品种、规格、性能等应符合现行国家产品标准和设计要求。
(3) Waterproof and thermal insulation materials used in roofing projects should have product certificates and performance testing reports. The varieties, specifications and properties of materials should meet the current national product standards and design requirements.
2、防水材料的复试、质量把关
2. Re-examination and quality control of waterproof materials
所有用于防水工程的材料，包括粘接专用胶，都必须送到材料实验室先作材料复试检验，检验合格后，方可用于本工程。
All materials used in waterproofing projects, including special adhesive, must be sent to the material laboratory for material re-examination before they can be used in this project.
3、地下室、底板、地下室外墙所采用抗渗混凝土都必须提前到材料实验室，作出配合比实验报告出来，报监理审批。
3. The impermeable concrete used in basement, floor and basement exterior wall must be brought to the material laboratory in advance, and the mix proportion experiment report should be made out and submitted to the supervision for approval.
