装修常用的四种防水材料，如何选择？

水泥灰浆类

Cement mortar

水泥灰浆类适用于结构比较稳定的部位，其无毒无害无污染，可以直接在混凝土表面施工，并且粘结牢固，施工两小时之后就可以在上面直接铺贴瓷砖。缺点是成膜后缺乏弹性，会因为建筑的错位或沉降而影响防水性能。

Cement mortar is suitable for the parts with stable structure. It is non-toxic, harmless and pollution-free. It can be directly constructed on the concrete surface and bonded firmly. After two hours of construction, tiles can be directly laid on the surface. The disadvantage is the lack of elasticity after film-forming, which will affect the waterproof performance due to the dislocation or settlement of the building.

聚氨酯类

Polyurethane

聚氨酯类在室内外都可使用，涂刷完厚度较厚约3毫米，弹张力在300%以上，基材的开裂都不会使其开裂，因此其防水性能是最好的。缺点是气味大、不环保。

Polyurethane can be used indoor and outdoor, the thickness is about 3 mm after painting, the elastic tension is more than 300%, and the cracking of base material will not make it crack, so its waterproof performance is the best. The disadvantages are strong smell and environmental protection.

JS防水涂料

JS waterproof coating

JS防水涂料是一种刚柔并济铜钟 一次性止血带 标志桩模具 钢丝轮 流水槽模具 防撞墙模具 检查井钢模具 不锈钢铸件 模锻件的双组份防水材料，环保、无毒、无味、透气性好，与基面粘结牢固并且干燥快。缺点是抗紫外线较差，只适用于卫生间、地下室。

JS waterproof coating is a rigid and flexible two-component waterproof material, environmental protection, non-toxic, tasteless, good air permeability, firmly bonded with the base surface and fast drying. The disadvantage is poor UV resistance, only suitable for toilet and basement.
